Founder of Natural Vitality Advocate, author, researcher, and advocate for healing, resilience, truth, and practical independence in a noisy world.
Built through lived experience, adversity, faith, and the long process of learning how to move forward when life does not go according to plan.
My work exists for people who are tired of confusion, shallow advice, health noise, empty motivation, and systems that often leave people more overwhelmed than empowered.
My life has been shaped by illness, neurological trauma, disability, rebuilding, setbacks, faith, and the discipline of refusing to stay defeated. What began as a personal search for answers eventually became something larger: a mission to help others think more clearly, heal more intentionally, and live with greater strength and direction.
I created Natural Vitality Advocate as a place where lived experience meets practical wisdom. Not hype. Not empty trends. Not borrowed certainty. Just honest insight, tested perspective, and a commitment to helping people reclaim momentum in their own lives.
This platform was not built from theory alone. It was built through real hardship, real questions, real losses, real rebuilding, and the stubborn belief that even after life changes, purpose does not have to disappear.
What I Believe: People deserve honest information, practical tools, and the freedom to think for themselves. Healing is rarely simple, growth is rarely linear, and strength is often built quietly over time.
I also believe clarity matters. When people are confused, overwhelmed, afraid, or dependent on every new voice that claims authority, they become easier to steer and harder to strengthen. My goal is to help people slow down, think clearly, and rebuild from the ground up.
Why Natural Vitality Advocate Exists
Natural Vitality Advocate was created because modern health culture is loud, fragmented, and often confusing. One side tells people to trust every official answer without question. Another side turns every issue into fear, conspiracy, or extreme protocols. Somewhere in the middle are real people trying to make wise decisions while living with pain, fatigue, illness, disability, stress, financial limits, family responsibilities, and spiritual questions.
This site is my attempt to build something more useful: a practical home for people who want grounded wellness guidance, clearer thinking, stronger daily habits, deeper resilience, and a faith-informed perspective that does not collapse into hype or despair.
The goal is not to tell people what to think. The goal is to help people think better.
What Shaped My Perspective
My perspective did not come from watching life from a safe distance. It came from living through seasons where the easy answers failed, where health was not predictable, where neurological challenges changed daily life, and where rebuilding required more than positive thinking.
Illness and adversity have a way of stripping life down to the essentials. They force hard questions: What actually helps? What is worth trusting? What matters when strength is limited? How do you keep going when the road becomes longer than expected?
That is the ground this work grew out of: not theory, but survival, faith, observation, and rebuilding.
Part of My Story
Epilepsy became part of my life in a way that changed everything. My first major witnessed tonic-clonic seizure happened when I was sixteen years old while traveling with my family. I woke up in the hospital confused, exhausted, physically hurting, and unable to fully understand what had happened. That moment began a long road of questions, doctors, medication changes, fear, uncertainty, and learning what it meant to live with a neurological condition that could interrupt life without warning.
Over the years, epilepsy affected far more than my health. It affected driving, work, independence, confidence, relationships, daily planning, and the way I saw myself. Some seasons were stable. Other seasons were brutal. I went through injuries, hospital stays, medication trials, neurological setbacks, and the emotional weight that comes from carrying something many people cannot see.
There were moments that changed the direction of my life completely. A seizure while working at John Wayne Airport ended a career path. Later, a seizure while riding a bicycle led to another concussion and a worsening of symptoms that forced me to rethink safety, independence, and what daily life needed to look like. I eventually made the hard decision not to drive again because protecting other people mattered more than holding onto a freedom I missed deeply.
I also learned what epilepsy does to families. Watching my own daughter experience seizures brought a level of fear and helplessness that words barely touch. It gave me even more compassion for parents, caregivers, spouses, and loved ones who quietly carry the weight of neurological uncertainty alongside the person living through it.
That history eventually pushed me into advocacy. Years before Natural Vitality Advocate existed, I helped build epilepsy support efforts because I understood how isolating, confusing, and frightening the condition could be. I knew what it felt like to need answers, support, dignity, practical help, and people who actually understood the lived reality behind the diagnosis.
Natural Vitality Advocate grew from that same soil: hardship turned into purpose, pain turned into perspective, and survival turned into a mission to help others rebuild with more clarity, wisdom, faith, and strength.

Practical Discernment

The NVA Approach
Natural Vitality Advocate is built around a practical, layered approach to rebuilding health and direction.
Start With Foundations
Sleep, hydration, food quality, movement, sunlight, minerals, stress reduction, and rhythm matter more than most people want to admit.
Use Tools Wisely
Supplements, detox tools, routines, and wellness practices can help, but they should support the foundation rather than replace it.
Think Clearly
Clarity beats panic. Discernment beats hype. Wisdom beats noise.
Build Over Time
Real rebuilding is often cumulative. Small habits, repeated consistently, can become powerful over time.

A Personal Note
I do not claim to have all the answers. I write and share from lived experience, careful observation, continual learning, and a desire to help others avoid confusion, wasted years, and unnecessary suffering.
I know what it feels like to lose certainty, to rebuild slowly, to carry invisible battles, and to keep moving when others do not fully understand the weight you are carrying.
If something I’ve built helps you think more clearly, live more strongly, or take one good step forward, then the mission is working.
